We cooperate with a leading Czech innovative company, which is the first to come up with a new, patented system of heating control. The system works with the individual conditions of each building, uses local weather forecasts, and uses heat gain (sunlight) for indoor heating, as well as internal gains (waste heat from appliances, cooking). This unique system can save at least 20% (this value is guaranteed by the vendor). Standard savings amount is around 40%.
In our implemented project (a block of flats) we have saved more than 45% of the heat cost. In this house, the usual heat-saving tools have already been implemented - window replacement, thermal insulation, installation of thermostatic valves. In comparison with these tools, our solution has a significantly shorter payback time. In this case less than 3 years. For others it is 5 to 30 years.
